Involving the Community
As with all significant development projects in California, the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) requires that an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) be prepared for the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw
Plaza redevelopment.
EIR Draft:
The City of Los Angeles will soon release a draft of the EIR, which describes the proposed land
uses, identifies and evaluates any potentially significant environmental effects and possible mitigation measures.
