The cornerstone of the initial $30 million renovation is a modern dining terrace with new furniture, lighting, finishes and floors, and a creative layout that lends itself to a far more inviting environment for local residents.

We are also making significant upgrades to all of the storefronts, parking areas and building exteriors.

This exciting work is set to begin this year. It’s important to note that the center will not close during the renovation and will continue to operate and serve the on-going needs of the community.

Over time, additional retail areas, restaurants and other venues will be added.

Ultimately, we envision a complete transformation of the property, including a new residential neighborhood, a hotel and commercial office buildings situated within pedestrian friendly tree-lined sidewalks, and conveniently linked to the proposed Metro Rail public transit center on Crenshaw Boulevard.
