Our Priority
To ensure the redeveloped center is a safe and welcoming environment for the
entire community, we plan on implementing the following measures:
Safety & Security Measures
- Placing a City of Los Angeles police substation within the redeveloped mall
and hiring private security patrols to continually monitor the property.
- Installing adequate lighting throughout the site - along the perimeter of the buildings,
parking areas, in stairwells, along walkways and in open space areas.
- Using interior and exterior closed circuit TV monitors to constantly survey the
redeveloped mall.
