Our Priority
A new open layout and accessibility to surrounding communities
is envisioned to be a defining feature of the redeveloped shopping center.
After the transformation, Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza will front onto Crenshaw Boulevard and include
access points on all sides of the development. We plan on surrounding the retail center with beautifully landscaped
sidewalks and walkways, making it easier for patrons to walk to the mall from nearby neighborhoods, and decreasing car
trips to and from Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza.
